Shipping Policy
Once you Place your order we try to Process your shipment on the same day or as soon as possible. Order placed on Sunday will be Processed on Monday. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you'll; receive a tracking details via email so you con keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
We use all the Main courier partners to dispatch and ship our products. Standard shipping speed to Metro areas is 2-3 working days, while for Non- standard areas and the rest of India, it takes 4-5 working days after shipping and receipt of a tracking number.
Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping- We offer FREE shipping across India, only on prepaid orders.
COD - We are happy to offer COD on orders above Rs 1000/- and we charge Rs. 75/- for COD.
Express Shipping- We are happy to Provide express shipping across india. The freight charges will be Rs.150/-. The Parcel will get delivered within 2 days. However, if an order is placed on Sundays, Public and Government holidays,the shipment will be dispatched on the next business day.Please be aware that Shitha Jewels has no control over any delays caused by the weather, volume , traffic , etc for the shipments
We deliver to all and any postal address across India. So, we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.
To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
Also be aware that all shipments to any Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer’s risk. If the school’s warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, shitha.in will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account. For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.
Incorrect Or Incomplete Address
Please Note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not Shitha.in Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment. in case of an incomplete address provided by the customers, nothing can be done unless either of the party receives the package. If the package is lost or misplaced due to the incorrect/incomplete address, shitha.in will under no circumstance be responsible and under no circumstance will initiate any kind of refund.
Shipment And Tracking Details
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company’s website details along with the expected date of delivery.
NOTE: Shitha jewels will only provide the tracking details once dispatched, once shipped shitha jewel will be no longer responsible for the delivery as we do not have control over the courier companies.

Time To Dispatch
Time to Dispatch mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. In normal circumstances, the dispatch time will be 2 to 3 days and shipping will be done within 7 to 10 days after dispatching of the order.
