Return Policy
We take pride in our commitment that we deliver high- quality of products to our valued customers, we take a prior check before delivering the order. Therefore Shitha.in does not offer exchange or refund incase of a change Of mind of the customers. As a result, we Maintain a strict policy regarding returns, exchange a refund.
Returns a Exchanges will only be ассерted if:
Order was damaged in transit. In case of damaged goods, the amount will be refunded, provide a full video proof from opening the seal of the package till the end with no cuts , no filter and no editing. Without the proof, Shitha.in will be in no position to process the refund. The proof should be send by email in 24hours after receiving the order If exceeded 24hours Shitha.in will under no circumstances process the refund.
The exchange of the damaged products will be done according to the availability of the product, in case the product is not available the customer can either wait for the stock or ask for a refund. (shipping charges under any circumstance are non-refundable) No refund or cancelations will be initiated while the order is still in transit. No refund or cancelations will be initiated if the reason being delay in delivery since we have no control over the courier services. No refund or cancelations will be initiated if the order is processed as usual.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

If the package is lost or misplaced due to the incorrect/incomplete address, Shitha.in will under no circumstance be responsible and under no circumstance will initiate any kind of refund.
